Railways, Mumbai and Odisha continued their unbeaten run with wins over Karnataka, Haryana and Bihar respectively on day four of the Senior Women’s T20 Trophy on Tuesday (April 19). Yastika Bhatia and Radha Yadav helped Baroda register their first win of the season, while Rajasthan got the better of Meghalaya to register get themselves off the mark. In the Plate Group, Sikkim beat Mizoram to their first victory of the tournament.



Railways vs Karnataka



Wicketkeeper-batter Nuzhat Parween scored a match-winning 55 even as Chandu V took five wickets for 40 runs for Karnatka at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Rajkot.



Chasing 156 for a win in the Elite Group C fixture, Karnataka fell short by 34 runs with left-arm pacer Anjali Sarvani taking three wickets, while Poonam Yadav chipped in with two.



Baroda vs Vidarbha



In the Elite Group D match at the IS Bindra Stadium in Mohali, Bhatia and Radha helped Baroda to a formidable total of 149 for 6 in their stipulated 20 overs. The duo shared a 117-run partnership for the third wicket after coming together at 9 for 2.



In the chase, Kesha Patel took three wickets with Radha leading from the front with a two-wicket haul to go with her fifty.

Mumbai vs Haryana



In a thriller at the JSCA International Stadium Complex in Ranchi, two young India internationals competed against each other. After put into bat by Shafali Verma’s Haryana, Jemimah Rodrigues was out for a 11-ball 19 but Mumbai got to 121 for 6 thanks to Riya Chaudhari’s 34.



In the chase, Haryana lost Verma early to Hurley Gala even as Reema Sisodia played aggressively at the other end. Sisodia’s 36 and Sheetal Rana’s 32 were not enough as they fell short of Mumbai’s score by five runs. Haryana needed 11 runs in the final over as Rodrigues brought herself on and defended it.



Elsewhere, Sujata Malik's four-wicket haul helped Odisha skittle Bihar out for a paltry score and Sarita Meher made lightwork of the chase.
