Lancashire Cricket has advertised for the position of full-time Women’s Operations Executive on Wednesday (December 16). The primary role would be working towards the success of women’s and girls’ cricket in the North-West region by providing the necessary support to the Lancashire Thunder and the Manchester Originals teams.
The key responsibilities of the candidate would be to provide administrative support and work in collaboration with the Regional Performance Director of Women’s Cricket, head coach and other staff to organise logistics, training and competitions.
The applicant will have to act as the England and Wales Cricket Board point of contact regarding all operations and logistics associated with the administration and also to handle the issues related to the signing of players and recruitment of support staff whenever required.
The Operations Executive would be expected to travel with the team and oversee the management of playing and training kits for players and staff and other team-related matters at the host venues.
The selected candidate will report to the RPDoWC on a day-to-day basis and support with the scheduling and setting-up of identified meetings, for internal and external stakeholders, including meeting logistics.
