Batting first, South Africa Emerging were in the spot of bother as Sornnarin Tippoch stuck twice in the power play to reduce the home side to three for 29 in the sixth over. Laomi then dismantled the opposition with four scalps, including two in the 12th over. Thailand completed a team hat-trick when Nicole de Klerk was run out at the keeper’s end on the first ball of the 13th over.
Khayakazi Mathe (16) tried to extend the first innings total with Jané Winster, but South Africa Emerging were bowled out for 84 in the final over. For Thailand, Laomi was supported by Tippoch and Nattaya Boochatham, who chipped in with two wickets each.

Chantham then formed a partnership of 44 runs with wicket-keeper Nannapat Koncharoenkai, who contributed with 22 off 31 balls. Thailand chased down the target in the 16th over and Chantham remained unbeaten on 36.
Kgomotso Rapoo was the only other bowler who was able to take a wicket for South Africa Emerging side aside from Tucker as they lost the final match of the series by seven wickets.
