Middlesex Cricket, as part of the national Transforming Women and Girl's strategy, has invited applications for a Women and Girl's Performance Coach. The candidate would be leading the programme across age group and would be working with several other coaches and performance coaches to ensure that the players get the maximum support.

The key responsibilities of the candidate as mentioned in the press release by Middlesex would be, "to lead U11, U13, and U15 County age group programmes," across the winter and summer, and to identify and manage the talents that emerge in the age group level.

Apart from that, the person selected will have to work together with the Middlesex Women's Head Coach and Head of Women's Cricket to develop a consistent culture and ethos while assisting the Middlesex Women's Senior and Development Programme. At the same time, the candidate is expected to collaborate closely with the Sunrisers Talent Managers to ensure that the key talent development framework is in place.

The skill requirements for the post include a minimum of ECB Level 2 qualification, experience of organising, planning, programming and monitoring individualised player development programmes, and a Disclosure and Barring Service and Safeguarding Children Certification.

The role is being looked at till the end of September 2021 while the last date for sending applications has been set as September 25, with interviews to be held ten days later.
