Ali, who registered a fifty against PCB Blasters, carried her form in the affair against Dynamites, smashing 108 off 88 balls - the first T20 century by a Pakistan woman - after Challengers opted to bat first. Diana Baig dented Challengers' chase early when she ran out Ayesha Zafar, but that brought captain Bismah Maroof to the crease. With the support of the experienced skipper at one end, Ali showcased her full repertoire of shots scoring 17 boundaries and one maximum.
Soon after, at 131 for 2, Challengers lost the player of the match, Ali, as Omaima Sohail ran out the 22-year-old left-hander. Maroof and Nida Dar chipped in with 32 and 29 not out, respectively, to take Challengers to an imposing 182 for 3 at the end of their 20 overs.
Chasing a competitive target, Dynamites' openers Nahida Khan and Sidra Amin started off well before Dar got rid of Nahida, who gave a return catch, on 36. Iram Javed tried to rebuild the innings but the brief partnerships could not help Dynamites as Sadia Iqbal ran through the team's top-order.
The left-arm spinner bagged regular wickets - Sidra (12), Sohail (4) and Kainat Hafeez (26) - which left Dynamites helpless. The side was eventually restricted to 140 for 5, well short of their target.
Brief scores: PCB Challengers 182/3 in 20 overs (Muneeba Ali 108, Bismah Maroof 32) beat PCB Dynamites 140/5 in 20 overs (Iram Javed 38, Nahida Khan 36; Sadia Iqbal 3-20) by 42 runs. PoM: Muneeba Ali
