All the ten nations have announced their squads for the ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2024. The ninth edition of the tournament will be played from October 3 to October 20 in UAE after shifting the event from Bangladesh owing to the political unwrest in the country.
The matches will be played between two venues in Dubai and Sharjah and the final will be held at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Ocotber 20. Australia are the defending champions having won the tournament a record six times while South Africa finished as runners-up at home in the last edition.
Australia will be joined by India, New Zealand, Pakistan and Sri Lanka, who qualified after winning the ICC Women's Global Qualifier 2024 in Abu Dhabi, in Group A while debutants Scotland will be tenth team in the tournament.
