"Actually, the girls played really well but in fielding, we dropped so many catches. We could have done better. We have won 9 matches chasing so that's why we preferred to chase in the finals. We could have done better." said Rakshitha, the captain of Karnataka.

"We could have done better in the initial six overs and we lost two quick wickets in that area. After that girls played well especially Prathyusha," she also added.

Parveen Khan, the captain of Punjab said, "Its Punjab's first time in the finale and we have won thanks to my team, coach and everyone. It was a pleasure to be a captain to such a side that bats, bowls and fields well."

"Once we have won it all falls into place but my batters have given a great start to the team and also our bowlers have the capability to defend a small total as well," she concluded.
