Southern Brave were on the losing end in the last two finals of The Hundred. In their third consecutive final, Brave were witnessing a batting collapse, again but Danni Wyatt had different plans and they were never in doubt.

Imagine you are Southern Brave, playing your third consecutive final, and seeing your batters fail for the third consecutive time. 

After back-to-back The Hundred final losses at the hands of Oval Invincibles in 2021 and 2022 due to batting collapses, Brave were moving in a similar direction against Northern Superchargers. Smriti Mandhana and Maia Bouchier were back in the dugout after just nine balls and it all seemed like a flashback but Danni Wyatt had different plans.
