New Update
With the third edition of Women’s Super League (WSL) set to begin on Monday (December 14), Coronations coach Adele van Eck has said that they intend to play aggressive and fearless cricket.
Speak ahead of the first match, Van Eck said that she is looking forward to the tournament and working with the likes of Nadine de Klerk, Laura Wolvaardt, and Ayabonga Khaka.
“I think myself and my assistant coach (Shaun Pretorius) will promote playing freely and playing fearless cricket. We’ll want to be as aggressive as we can,” Van Eck added.
Thistles coach Angelique Taai said that she is thrilled about working with her team adding, "I can’t wait to unlock what we have in our squad and hopefully help take them to the next level."
Meanwhile, Duchesses head coach Martelize van der Merwe was confident that their skipper Sune Luus would be able to take the team onto the field and be comfortable with their squad.
